Partner Ministries — joining together in purpose

Partner Ministries

משרדי שליחות שותפים

Churches, ministries, organizations, and individuals joining together in shared purpose while remaining faithful to their own distinct callings.

An Invitation to Partner With Us

Blow the Shofar Ministry invites churches, ministries, organizations, and individuals who share our concern for Israel and the Jewish people and our commitment to stand against antisemitism to consider becoming a Partner Ministry.

We believe there is great value in building relationships between ministries that may have different areas of emphasis, yet recognize important purposes around which we can stand together.

Different Callings — One Shared Purpose

Partnership does not mean that we must agree on every theological, denominational, political, or organizational matter.

We remain independent ministries, each with our own identity, leadership, calling, experience, and areas of responsibility.

However, we believe those differences can make us stronger.

Each ministry brings something unique to the table. One may be called primarily to teaching, another to prayer, another to humanitarian work, advocacy, education, reconciliation, or building relationships with the Jewish community.

Some may approach Israel and the Jewish people from different traditions or perspectives. Rather than requiring uniformity, we want to recognize the value of what each partner contributes.

Unity does not require uniformity.
Partners in Purpose and Action

Partners in Purpose and Action

We do not need to become identical organizations in order to encourage one another, learn from one another, and work together where our purposes intersect.

Our desire is to build a network of relationships in which ministries can share experience, resources, ideas, opportunities, and encouragement while retaining their complete independence.

Where appropriate, partners may also have opportunities to cooperate in education, events, prayer initiatives, outreach, conferences, or other projects consistent with their own mission and calling.

Partnership is not about control. It is about relationship, communication, mutual respect, and discovering where we can accomplish more together than we could accomplish alone.

A Place for Our Partner Ministries

As partnerships are established, Blow the Shofar Ministry intends to provide space on this website where visitors can learn about our Partner Ministries, their work, their mission, and the contribution they are making.

Each partner can be introduced with information about their ministry and, where appropriate, a link directing visitors to their own website or resources.

Our purpose is not simply to create a list of organizations. We hope to introduce people to ministries doing meaningful work and help strengthen connections among those who share a concern for Israel, the Jewish people, and the challenge of antisemitism.

Would You Like to Become a Partner?

If your church, ministry, organization, or group shares these concerns and would like to explore becoming a Partner Ministry of Blow the Shofar Ministry, we would be pleased to hear from you.

Partnership begins with a conversation. We would like to learn about your ministry, your calling, and the work you are already doing—and explore where our purposes may intersect.

Ministry to Israel

Blow the Shofar · Partner Ministries

Two Ministries. A Shared Love for Israel.
Faith Expressed Through Action.

A Channel of Blessing to the Jewish People

There are moments when faith calls us not only to speak, but to act. Ministry to Israel is devoted to demonstrating Christian love for the Jewish people through practical assistance, compassion, and a commitment to Israel.

Founded in 1988 by Michael Utterback, with Gina Utterback serving as co-founder, Ministry to Israel (MTI) helps people facing the challenges of immigration, hardship, and rebuilding their lives in the land of Israel. Its work offers a living example of how care and respect can cross national and cultural boundaries.

Michael and Gina Utterback have devoted decades to serving Israel and encouraging Christians to respond to the needs of the Jewish people. Michael serves as founder and director; Gina is co-founder and director of the Lone Soldier Program. Their leadership connects the convictions of Christian supporters around the world with hands-on service in Israel.

Welcoming New Immigrants

Caring for Those in Need

Supporting Soldiers and Communities

Assisting lone soldiers, serving those affected by conflict, and responding to humanitarian needs across Israel.

Our Shared Commitment

Blow the Shofar Ministry seeks to educate and equip Christians with a deeper understanding of the Jewish roots of their faith, the continuing significance of God's covenant with Israel, and the moral responsibility to confront antisemitism.

Ministry to Israel expresses a closely related conviction through direct acts of service. While our ministries have different areas of emphasis, we share a desire to encourage Christians to stand with the Jewish people in truth, dignity, and love.

Partnership does not require identical methods or organizational structures. It begins with mutual respect, a common concern, and a willingness to recognize the good accomplished through one another's calling.

“Pray for the peace of Jerusalem: they shall prosper that love thee.” — Psalm 122:6

From Understanding to Compassion

Understanding Israel's history and biblical significance is important. Yet understanding becomes more meaningful when it inspires compassion. A family finding its footing in a new country, an elderly survivor receiving needed assistance, or a soldier discovering that someone cares—these are reminders that standing with Israel is also about standing with people.

We invite visitors to learn more about Ministry to Israel's work, pray for the people it serves, and explore the opportunities for practical involvement described on its official website.
